My Amazing recipe for Southwestern Cornbread
- 2 pkg. “JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix
- 2 egg
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 regular sized can of creamed corn
- 1 small can of whole kernels of corn
- 3 whole raw Jalapenos chopped up and deseeded
- 2 small green chiles chopped up and deseeded
- 1/2 table spoon of Honey
- 1 tablespoon of smoked tobasco
- 3 cups of cheese (2 go inside mixture and 1 goes on top for a cheesy crust)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°, grease square pan.
Combine all ingredients and blend well.
Pour into prepared pan. Add last cup of cheese spread evenly for a cheesy crust
Bake 25 minutes.
