My Amazing recipe for Southwestern Cornbread

  • 2 pkg. “JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix
  • 2 egg
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 regular sized can of creamed corn
  • 1 small can of whole kernels of corn
  • 3 whole raw Jalapenos chopped up and deseeded
  • 2 small green chiles chopped up and deseeded
  • 1/2 table spoon of Honey
  • 1 tablespoon of smoked tobasco
  • 3 cups of cheese (2 go inside mixture and 1 goes on top for a cheesy crust)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°, grease square pan.

Combine all ingredients and blend well.

Pour into prepared pan. Add last cup of cheese spread evenly for a cheesy crust

Bake 25 minutes.
